Great Things That Happened at SXSW 2016

SXSW has been taking a lot of attention all over the world in the past few days.
It’s an ultimate fusion from all around the world. We will state you some of the great things that happened in this year’s SXSW. For a more detailed review you can read our upcoming magazine coming out in April.
The festival takes place every year in March in Austin, Texas and has been happening since 30 years. This year a lot of great things happened at South by South West.
Barak Obama joined SXSW as a part of a keynote conversation on 11th March 2016. He is the first president who ever attended the SXSW stage.
He talked about the positive change and the major problems that the nation needs to work on.
FACE (Foundation for Arts and Culture) took a group of singers in Austin, Texas for South by South west.
The artists included Mai Nimani, Imran Aziz Mian Qawwal and his group, Overload and Wahid Allan Faqir.
From the looks of live updates, all these artists had a great time on the journey of SXSW, they made some great friends.
Austin Arts and Drama Initiative (AADI) hosted a dinner in honor of the Pakistan Showcase at SXSW.
All of the Pakistani Artists performed at the spider house, Mai Nimani performed for the first time overseas.
The Austin’s Mayor Steve Adler declared 14th March, 2016 to be the ‘Music of Pakistan’ day.
Throughout the day, Pakistani artist performed free style in Austin.
